Dartmouth Building Supply’s Custom Millwork Shop is built to deliver the complex, custom components that bring projects across the finish line. Backed by experienced millwork design professionals and specialized woodworking equipment, our team is equipped to execute detailed, non-standard work with consistency and control.

We create or source replication mouldings, curved mouldings and handrails, custom exterior trim details, gable decorations, specialty stair components, custom rail profiles, pre-cut stringers, custom newels, and a wide range of wood and PVC custom building products. Each piece is developed to meet project-specific requirements and support clean, accurate installation in the field.

DBS Millwork operates from a 54,000-square-foot, stand-alone facility purpose-built to warehouse and deliver a broad selection of high-quality millwork products. This dedicated operation allows us to maintain deep inventory and support fast, reliable delivery for projects that require both responsiveness and consistency.

Our in-stock offerings are selected to reflect current design trends while meeting the practical demands of active jobsites. The facility includes over a dozen hardwood species, more than 100 stocked moulding and handrail profiles, over 50 combinations of stair treads and riser materials, and a wide range of both contemporary and classic newels, balusters, and interior hardware available for immediate pickup or delivery.

The warehouse itself is a clean, dry, and well-lit environment designed to protect both stock and special-order millwork. Our dedicated box-truck fleet is dispatched twice daily, with a driver and helper assigned to each delivery to ensure materials are handled properly and delivered indoors without damage. Service coverage extends throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and north through Boston and its surrounding suburbs, five days a week.

The seller, Levi, has a very blunt attitude with people of Hispanic origin. I have gone three times and he has acted like this three times. The last time I sent an email requesting prices and since they don't sell one thing on the list, they didn't give me the price for everything else. I sent him another email asking for the price for everything else. He ignored me and I had to go in person. When I arrived, I bought everything I wanted from another seller. When he arrived, I let him know about my new email and that I no longer needed the prices because I had already bought something. My delivery was scheduled for the next day, but it seems they didn't like me doing that. Without notifying me, they changed my delivery to another day. I wasted the whole day waiting and paid the assistant for nothing. I called that day and they insisted it would be in the afternoon, but they lied. Today I'm going to see if they do the same thing again. I think Hispanic dollars are not welcome there. I won't go back to that place.
(I spoke with the vice president. He offered to improve the vendors' behavior and apologized for this unfortunate incident, a possible accumulation of unrelated events that led me to misinterpret what was happening. He's a great person and a gentleman. Thank you for the call.)

Shawn Delgado is my hero time and time again. He is an excellent problem solver at heart. Whenever you're building anything, there's always going to be hiccups. He's calm cool collected every time and always seems to come up with an idea. He makes my life tremendously easier and I'm super grateful to and for him. So….I had a 49 year old classic receiver, that went out elsewhere, the Case went to DBS. I’ve owned it for decades. I watched the pressboard walnut veneered cabinet dissolve over the years. I brought the frame to DBS to replicate and they used Solid American Walnut…….absolute perfection…….need I say more. Those guys are all craftsmen and it would behove you to talk to them if you’re in the market…..Stunning piece!
